I am an Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Ph.D. student in the Parker and Gilbert labs at the University of California, Santa Cruz. My research interests are focused on the ecology and evolution of plant-fungal interactions, and my current projects focus on fungal pathogens. Past work has included topics such as grassland ecology, infectious disease, and soil microbiology. I am also passionate about science education and K-12 outreach, particularly in making STEM both more accessible and approachable.
